Our My Televeterinary service allows you to consult veterinarians remotely, through video calls or chat, anytime and anywhere. This option provides veterinary guidance, recommendations, and health monitoring for your dog or cat, without the need to travel to a clinic. With this service you can:
Chat or video consultation:
in less than 2 minutes a veterinarian will be available, with unlimited consultations from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Electronic veterinary prescription:
ensuring you have access to medication (always in compliance with RD666/23).
Reporting and follow-up:
after each consultation you can request a veterinary report and ongoing follow-up.
Upload photos, videos, documents, results or X-rays:
enabling the veterinarian to review each case in detail.
Feeding guidelines and canine training support:
our specialists will advise and guide you at every stage.
We also offer a provider connection service, offering you with a complete directory of all the services and experts your pet may need, such as:
